One Foot In The Grave by Jeaniene Frost : Book Review
I learned something very important while listening to this book. I missed Cat as I met her in the first book – sweeter, funnier with the one-liners, a little more naive’. I still love you. A few sex scenes in this that are beyond steamy and you thought the first one was hot!
Chi ama i libri sceglie Kobo e inMondadori. Up From the Grave. Cat has been working in her secret organization for four years and hasn’t seen Bones since she dumped him when she suddenly finds herself the target of a bounty and The first book literally revolved around Cat and Tye stabbing the shit out of vamps.
When I finally got to it, Sweet Baby Jesus!! I owe you a beer, at least. This audiobook can be listened to thr But you see, I couldn’t get on with my life because I knew we could work. God, the things he says and does Night Huntress 7 books. At the end of jeanieen last foto, Halfway to the GraveCat leaves Bones to protect himand her mom.
I do highly recommend this series to others. She was never subtle to begin with, but now Cat is so goddamn hot, it seems like everybody around her is constantly trying to get in her pants.
Definitely good for the old ticker.
One Foot in the Grave (Night Huntress, #2) by Jeaniene Frost
Either way, it was an excellent call. This book begins several years after the events of the previous book where Cat left Bones to protect him. The Warlord Wants Forever. This Side of the Grave Jeaniene Frost. It would have still smelled like her and held so many memories that it seemed to me it would have almost been like a taunt to Bones.
Other books in this series. Maybe that was my own fault and not just due to his speed. Of course there are fight scenes sprinkled throughout, but they felt unconnected — token violence to earn the Paranormal label.
Book Review – “One Foot in the Grave” by Jeaniene Frost
I could only read this kind of books, where any sign of intelligence from my part was not needed. There are a lot of romance stereotypes in this series. And just when you think you’ve read it all and had enough, Frost throws a big fat curveball gravve the end and provides some more “ghoulish’ entertainment that would make Stephen King proud!
Not very different to the one she used to do when she was working with Bones. But, I still thought this was a really good second book.
Other than that, One Foot in the Grave is a fantastic, enthralling, and sexy as sin read. I loved Bones, I loved Cat and I loved them together.
It made me smile. I’ve already spilled myself inside you, bloody fgost, I thought you’d castrate me with your pleasure. Of course, they hook up again, and then I finally got to read the famous Chapter 32 my friends kept talking about.
Cat slut-shames someone in this book, just like she jewniene in the first one. She has a dangerous exciting job, but is still completely miserable without Bones in her life.
How can she possibly hate Bones??
Maybe by the end of feost re-read of the series, I will love her just as much as Bones.
